This product comes from Bacillus subtilis, which retains the 5 '-3' polymerase activity of Bsu DNA polymeras l, but lacks the 5 '-3'exonuclease domain. The large fragment itself lacks 3 '-5' exonuclease activity and is a DNA thermostatic amplification polymerasiwith chain displacement activity, mainly used in thermostatic amplification systems
