MMLV Reverse Transcriptase(200U/μL)

MMLV Reverse Transcriptase is derived from the Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus, a retrovirus that infects mice. This enzyme is a DNA polymerase that exhibits reverse transcriptase activity, meaning it catalyzes the synthesis of cDNA from RNA template. MMLV Reverse Transcriptase enables analysis of gene expression,discovery of novel RNA sequences,and investigation of RNA - based regulatory  mechanisms.
