 Bsu DNA Polymerase (Large fragment)(5U/µL, 5mg/mL) 
 
This product comes from Bacillus subtilis, which retains the 5'-3'polymerase activity of Bsu DNA polymeras I, but lacks the 5'-3' exonuclease domain. The large fragment itself lacks 3 '-5'exonuclease activity and is a DNA thermostatic amplification polymerase with chain displacement activity, mainly used in thermostatic amplification systems.
