The product is used for the determination of high density lipoprotein subcomponent (HDL-2B) in human serum in vitro.

Product Parameters

Combined with the microfluidic chip analyzer independently developed by ABIOM, the conventional blood lipids in human serum can be accurately separated, and 5 subcomponents (HDL2, HDL3, etc.) can be obtained. Cumulative evidence suggests that larger HDL2 provides a major protective effect, while HDL-2B is an important cardiovascular protective factor that prevents atherosclerotic plaque formation.
