Room temperature preservation: | Contains unique anticoagulation and preservation reagents, which can be stably transported and stored for 7 days or more at room temperature. |
Stable storage: | It can stabilize nucleated cells and prevent the release of cell genomic DNA from contaminating target free DNA; inhibit nuclease degradation of free DNA to ensure sample quality. |
Personalized design: | double-coded label design, easy to identify, reduce sample processing errors; clear blood sampling volume identification, easy to observe. |
Wide range of applications: | used for NIPT, tumor liquid biopsy, blood pathogenic microorganism detection, genetic disease detection; third-party medical laboratory, hospital laboratory and obstetrics, etc. |

Straighten the patient's arm downward, and pierce the venous puncture needle of the blood collection needle into the vein.
Shake the Disposable Vacuum Blood Collection Tube from side to side to make the additives in the tube adhere to the tube wall. Insert the pin vertically into the plug head and penetrate the plug. Release the pressure band immediately when the blood begins to flow into the blood tube.
The blood samples were collected to 5 mL or 10 mL mark line, the venous needle was pulled out, and the puncture position was pressed to stop bleeding with disinfectant cotton swabs. After the blood in the blood collection needle stops flowing, pull out the rubber stopper puncture needle.
Immediately swing the blood collection tube gently at about 45 degrees for 8-10 times, fully mix the sample and additive to avoid hemolysis caused by shaking the blood sample violently, and place one end of the vascular rubber plug upward (insufficient or delayed mixing may lead to incorrect test results).
Note: In case of severe hemolysis of blood samples, the results of subsequent cell-free DNA detection may be affected.
If centrifugation is required, centrifuge for 10min with relative centrifugal force of 800-1500g
