This product comes from Bacillus subtilis, which retains the 5 '-3' polymerase activity of Bsu DNA polymeras I, but lacks the 5 '-3' exonuclease domain. The large fragment itself lacks 3 '-5' exonuclease activity and is a DNA thermostatic amplification polymerase with chain displacement activity, mainly used in thermostatic amplification systems.
Features
Good thermal stability, able to maintain activity at high temperatures
High purity, strict residue control, and high single production capacity
Widely used for real-time detection of pathogens based on isothermal amplification IPA technology
Strand displacement DNA synthesis
Random primer labeling
Second strand cDNA Synthesis
RT-qPCR, RT-PCR and cDNA Synthesis
Isothermal Amplification
